With our Standard Delivery, your order arrives within approximately 10 days at your address in secure, specialty packaging.
Orders with items of of different sizes will be shipped at the rate of the largest picture in the order. Books are shipped free of charge.
When ordering online, please select the country of the desired shipping destination; the correct shipping costs will then be shown.
Ordering and Delivery
As soon as we receive your order, we send you an order confirmation via e-mail. We usually deliver your order within about 10 days of it being placed. When your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from our certified shipping partners and the receipt/invoice as a PDF for you to print out.
We ship worldwide. Please note that shipments to countries outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.
14 Day Exchange Policy
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, LUMAS Budapest will exchange your work or offer an equivalent gallery credit within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
An original receipt must be presented and works must be returned in the condition they were received.
Please note that artworks with custom mounting/framing (“select a custom presentation”) as well as unmounted/unframed photo prints are final sale, as they are custom-produced to your individual specifications.
Shipping on works is non-refundable. If you were given free shipping, a restocking fee equivalent to your shipping will be applied. You shall bear the direct cost of return shipping for your order. Typically, goods cannot be returned by normal post. Please contact our Customer Service.
Cancellation Terms and Process
Should you cancel the sale contract, we are to refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs from selecting a different type of delivery than the standard, cost-effective shipping we offer) promptly - at the latest, within 14 days of our receipt of the statement indicating your cancellation. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon. We can withhold the refund until such time as we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of their return shipment, whichever comes first. You are to promptly send the goods back; at the very latest, this must be done within 14 days of the days you inform us of the cancellation. This deadline is met as long as the return shipment of goods is sent out within the allotted period. We cover the cost of return shipments made from within the EU and Switzerland. In all other countries, you will be responsible for the direct costs. The goods cannot be shipped through the regular postal service. Return shipping costs are as follows:

You are only responsible for decreases in the value of goods if, after inspecting their condition, properties, and functionality, the decrease in value can be traced back to your improper handling of the goods.
