14-day Return Policy – The LUMAS Satisfaction Guarantee
Art and photography are our passion, and we are proud of every single work in our exclusive portfolio. When you order online with us, we want to be completely sure that you are not only satisfied with your chosen work, but just as enthusiastic about it as we are.
Sometimes you fall in love with a piece online, but at home it’s different from your expectations, whether that's due to the size, frame or finish. For this reason, we guarantee all customers free return shipping for a full 14 days after delivery. For international customers: please contact the LUMAS hotline to find out about the return policy in your country.
Try it out at home: hang your LUMAS work and decide in peace if you would like to keep it. If you are not completely thrilled by your LUMAS work for any reason, you have 14 days to make use of our return policy. To meet the deadline for returns, it is sufficient to send us a written cancellation (e.g., per letter, fax or e-mail) after contacting our hotline.

- We arrange for the return of the LUMAS work with one of our carriers
- Our customer service team checks your returned item and will refund you within a few business days
Please note that due to their sensitive nature, unframed and non-mounted photo prints are not suitable for return and are therefore excluded from the return policy. The same applies to framed and unframed large-format works with a length of more than 200 cm. The right to return a work is limited to two items per customer per calendar quarter.
